Rocco's Italian Restaurant in Colorado Springs has been serving guests for over 25 years.

The recipes were handed down from generations of great cooks, and made into Rocco's Signature dishes! Chef Tust has used his years of culinary experience to create his own marinara sauce and pasta made from scratch. Pizzas, calzones, scampi, steak, lasagna, homemade sausage and salads all with a Rocco signature melt-in-your-mouth flavor!

Chef Tust and his staff have created a menu of fine Italian cuisine that is sure to satisfy the toughest customer. They have relaxed everything except for their standards to bring their guests outstanding service, delightful wines, homemade pastas, and a friendly atmosphere.

Start with the pizzas. After spreading homemade marinara sauce (you can buy it at the restaurant) onto the hand kneaded dough, the top is piled high with cheese, chilies, sausage, meatballs, peppers, onions, and whatever you would like to order. Then the masterpiece is baked to perfection and brought directly to you so you can smell the heat!

Some people call them calzones. Some call them stuffed pizzas. We call them pasti cannolis. You will call them delicious!!

Lasagna, ravioli, gnocchis, scampi, linguini, steak, pizza, pasta, pasti cannolis, cheese cake, dessert cannolis, chocolate 'sin' cake, and yes for the healthful guests, an assortment of salads. Desserts are equally inviting with the Chocolate Mousse Cake, NY Style Cheesecake, Spumoni Ice Cream, and the Rocco Pastry Cannoli. At Roccos, your satisfaction is always the special of the day!
